By accessing or using FindMyShark ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
FindMyShark is a discovery and connection platform that enables founders and investors to identify and initiate discussions regarding business opportunities. We are not a broker, financial advisor, investment intermediary, legal advisor, or escrow agent. We do not participate in negotiations, verify financial claims, or guarantee outcomes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
4. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You agree not to create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes or impersonate another individual or business.
5. Listings and Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content, listing, or communication you publish. You agree not to post misleading, fraudulent, illegal, or defamatory content. FindMyShark reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.
6. Identity Verification
The Platform may require identity verification for certain actions. Verification confirms identity only and does not constitute endorsement or guarantee of legitimacy.
7. Communication and Conduct
Users must communicate professionally and respectfully. Harassment, spam, discrimination, and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited. Initial communication should occur through the Platform's internal messaging system.
8. Due Diligence
Users are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence before entering into any transaction or agreement. FindMyShark does not verify business claims, financial data, or investment viability.
9. No Guarantee of Success
We do not guarantee that users will secure funding, partnerships, acquisitions, or investments. All negotiations and agreements occur solely between users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindMyShark shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to failed transactions, loss of profits, fraud, or misrepresentation by users.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FindMyShark harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant FindMyShark a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote such content within the Platform.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.
14. Modifications
FindMyShark may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
