3. Role of an Investor

An Investor is an individual or entity seeking opportunities to invest in, acquire, or partner with businesses. Investors must accurately represent their investment interests and background. Investors are responsible for conducting independent due diligence before entering into any agreement.

4. Listing Content Requirements

All listings must:

  • Be accurate and not misleading.
  • Clearly describe the opportunity or objective.
